Hi Adobe team,
I’m looking to integrate the Firefly Services / Photoshop API — specifically the Remove Background V2 endpoint — into an internal workflow tool used to speed up design asset preparation.
This is not a customer-facing product or SaaS. The API would only be used internally to automate background removal on images that are later used as design assets (similar to batch background removal in Photoshop).
I currently have an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription with included Firefly credits, but I understand API access may be licensed separately from Creative Cloud app usage.
Could you please clarify:
1) What is the supported licensing path for using Firefly Services / Photoshop APIs for internal workflow automation?
2) Is this access managed via the Adobe Developer Console, or does it require a separate business / enterprise agreement?
3) If a licensing or sales team is required, what is the correct contact or process to initiate access?
I’m specifically looking for the official, supported way to automate background removal internally using Adobe’s technology.
