I want to know how to download all the recipients that have "sent email" in a delivery, but after have done something, they put it in the spam section or do something else. There is a list of this error?
Thank you

Hi Alice,
Campaign can only track one types of inbox movement which is if someone reports the email as Spam.
This is reported back to Campaign using Feedback Loops which has to be setup for your instance by deliverability consultants if not already done.
Now not all email providers have a feedback loop but the major players do have it. Gmail, Hotmail all have this feedback mechanism.
Once you receive the FBL information, the user is marked as blacklisted by Campaign.

Vipul

I am facing an issue here, can you please provide some help?
I marked the email as spam for an email sent to my yahoo and gmail address, however the email address in not seen in the addresses table.
how do I fix this issue?
also I found the below information in the deliverability best practices,
Behind the scenes, Adobe Campaign is processing data regarding bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, and more. The setup of these feedback loops is an important aspect to deliverability.
Complaints can damage a reputation, so you should email addresses that register complaints
from your target audience. It’s important to note that Gmail doesn’t provide this data back. List
unsubscribe headers and engagement filtering are especially important for Gmail subscribers,
who now comprise the majority of subscriber databases.
does that mean that GMAIL does not provide the data back?
your comments suggest it does.
