Reporting related to dynamic content in a email delivery

Hi,

 

We are using single email delivery and using dynamic content to have two versions. Default version and second version that is based on dynamic content (just hero image changes in second version). In ACS.

 

Is there a way to see email reporting (email opens, clicks) on each versions? Don't know if its possible since we are using a single email delivery.

It depends on how you choose the dynamic version.

If e.g. you have a workflow and use "segment code", you can get this added to reporting and then can also use it for filtering

Hi Ramon, Thanks for that reply. Can you please elaborate on this one? I have already tried using segment codes in a workflow. very useful. I even used this segment codes to build my condition in my email template structure. However I was not able to see and use these segment code in the reporting section. Can you please elaborate on how to do so? Regards, Julius
