In the logs, what does "there is no inbound event on the activity" mean when restarting a copied workflow?

Can you provide more details,

Is your workflow having END activity?

Is there any external signal configuration in the end activity?

If yes, then the log you are seeing is due to the external signal not receiving any event/information.
