If a mail is forwarded or deleted can be tracked for emails sent by adobe campaign deliveries?

For emails sent in a delivery, is it possible to track how individual recipient has responded to it i.e. opened the email, deleted it, forwarded it etc. Also if the sent email has landed at junk folder. Basically we want to store this information for each recipient.

I believe "open an email" tracking is available out of the box. For landed in junk folder, forward and delete, do we have some support available OOTB or can they be achieved by some customization.

Hi,

From your request, only opens can be tracked. If an email is forwarded, opens will be counted for the initial recipient, but Campaign will have no way to know if there has been a forward.

There is no way of knowing if an email has been deleted or if it landed in the spam folder. I think it cannot be customised either.
