What is Enable Multiple Selection and Disable Multiple selection in Action bar while creating workflows?

could you please explain, how does it work?

By enabling it, you can be able to select multiple activities of the same workflow to perform actions like to make more than one activities together Do not enable / delete / Enable but do not execute etc.
