Custom typology in ACS Transactional messaging(Using Triggers)?

Hi,

 

I've requirement to use the custom typology in transactional messaging and but it's not working when I add custom typology in the transactional template.

 

Need assistance on this, please provide solution if anyone has.

Hi Sachin,

 

Can you provide the typology in question along with how it's not working?  Is an error being thrown or the typology just not being triggered?  This might be something that you should submit to Campaign Support so we can hop on and review your environment.
