Custom Fragment URL Tracking

Is it possible to have a fragment url derive the utm_campaign value from the template's delivery code? 

I know ACS by default adds deliveryName utm tag to the url, I have a fragment that I am using across multiple templates and wish to customize the utm_campaign value.

@o_X, You can reference the fragments in the content block. As far as I know, due to the details of the fragment staying within the delivery template, I don't think you can customize utm_campaign with a fragment.
