Cart Abandonment Workflow Creation

Hi ,


We are working on a cart abandonment use case and need to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard.

 

The data we are utilizing has been attached, with SKU 1 representing the first product in the cart. Each product has a corresponding product ID listed and later we join product master schema that has all the product related specification.

 

As observed from the data, SKU 1, SKU 2, and SKU 3 are presented row-wise rather than column-wise. Could someone assist in determining the best approach for creating this workflow?

@saurabhtawde84 You will have to start with a query activity that pulls the profiles qualified for cart abandonment. Apply how many rows and priority of the items abandoned using deduplication activity then have an enrichment to convert the collection into a single row that contains SKU1, SKU2, SKU3, etc. Finally, use reconciliation activity with multiple links to join with the product master schema. So that when you create a message it will allow you to see all the products with separate links to personalize the message.
