Just a quick question around folder structure in Adobe Campaign,
Would you follow Adobe Campaign initial setup for your folder structure OR do you create a custom folder structure for your campaign & targeting workflows, deliveries, lists and predefined filters?

It's entirely upto your business requirements.
You can store data in the pre-defined folders if you have a single business unit . On the other hand if you have business units distributed across geos/lines of products/ channels etc. You can opt for creating your own folders structure to manage and segregate data more efficiently.
Folder structure basically allows you to manage your data in a better way.
