Hi,
I'm setting a transactional event to send emails when it is called from API.
I would like that when I send a mail to a profile who already exists in Profiles, I can found the delivery logs and tracking logs in the profile interface.
I created in enrichment tab in the event configuration a join definition by email.
I tried to send mail to my profile (I am in the database Profiles) but the event list in my profile page is empty.
Anyone know how I can do that?
