ACS - Export device (or user agent) of open

Hi all,

is there a way to export, through a workflow and an extract file, the device (or the user agent of the device) used by the profile to open the delivery?

I know that this information is available in reports, but I need this data at profile level, and not aggregate level.

The user agent information is not available via the User Interface to be exported.

Technically, it's stored in the DB and should be feasible to be exported, but this is not officially supported.

    Hi @bisswang, thank you. So there is no way to export this information, ...neither through API?
