Not able to create recipient after installing all packages form Adobe Campaign Standard Package

Hi,

For experimental purpose I have installed all Adobe Campaign Standard package from Tools >Advanced > Import Package > Install a standard package.

After installing all standard package I am not bale to create recipient manually, there is no new button present.

Adobe Campaign Version : 7.0

Build : 8857

I would like to know which package is creating this issue & why.

Hi Anupam,

Here's some documentation about installing packages: Installing packages

Because it's hard to know which package is causing an issue, I recommend to remove all and test at each step to identify the issue.
