ld delivery ids updated in recent dates

I noticed old delivery ids updated in recent dates.Delivery records updated in last week with old created dates. Would you please help ME TO UNDERSTAND WHY those old deliveries were updated?

Kindly check if same is continous delivery which if run again updated the data of same delivery.

So kindly check the same.

Is this issue happening to which kind of Delivery? Also please cross check if any Retry's (Conversion from Soft to Hard Bounces) are happening to those records.

A few thoughts:

1. Look at the tracking logs to see the most recent events. If there are still opens or clicks, then the aggregate statistics will be updated, and the delivery will show a recent modification date.
2. Similarly, a recipient sending the mail to spam some time down the line would update the aggregate statistics
3. Is there any process that might have moved deliveries into new folders?
