I'm trying to understand how to adopt Adobe Campaign. With our current Responsys setup we use the following that I am trying to figure out which Adobe uses that are equivalent or others would recommend to look into:
- Merge Trigger - updates profile master table and sub tables
- Merge List Recipients - update the table with potential changes to a users email info or optout status
- Upsert Supplemental Events Table - insert or update secondary event specific tables with things like attendance info (Registered, Attended, No Show)
Any direction or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
