We have created a custom connector for SMS channel as per the API details provided by the SMS vendor.
Now in order to get the delivery report we are hitting their servers and getting that data onto Adobe campaign.
I have a doubt related to tracking logs, currently vendor is not giving any information related to no of clicks on SMS template URL. But on adobe campaign I can see those clicks information under tracking section because we have enabled Activate tracking option.
2 questions related to that:
1. Even in case of custom SMS connector, is it possible to get accurate information of tracking??
2. We have matched 2-3 campaigns click report from vendor and that logged on adobe. The reports are not matching. Adobe is showing more clicks compared to vendor's click report.
