Hello everyone,

we have an SMS vendor who provided us with a test SMS account and when I activated the SMS process and created the external account (extended SMPP) I was able to send SMS deliveries.

What I am trying to achieve is to automate OPT-OUT-OF-SMS campaigns by users if they send an SMS like STOP or QUIT to a particular number. Can you please briefly guide me how to do that. The documentation in Adobe site regarding SMS opt-out is ambiguous and isn't of much help to my case.

Please help me.

Hi,

Create a workflow that runs on a short interval, reading new rows out of nms:inSMS and writing opt-outs to your recipient table.

I am unable to understand how to implement what you have mentioned. I ll be really grateful if you can share documentation or an example so that I can refer that and replicate.
