Is it possible to track click rates on SMS deliveries, we're new to sending SMS via ACM and was wondering if we'll be able to track clicks in a similar fashion as emails.
Only if you accepted that your URL will be replaced with long tracking server URL or use some URL shortening service like Bit.ly and take your click metrics from there.
