Hi Adobe Community,
I was in the process of taking my Adobe certification exam when my link unexpectedly broke. I was immediately redirected to a survey page, and I couldn’t return to the exam session. After checking my status, I saw it now shows as "missed." I’ve sent an email to adobe.psisupport, but no initiative has been taken yet. I also contacted Examity, and they replied that it’s not in their hands to resolve this issue.
I’m unsure how to proceed from here and would appreciate any guidance. Has anyone faced a similar issue, or does someone know the next steps to reschedule or resolve this? I’ve put a lot of effort into preparing for this certification, so I hope there’s a way to sort this out soon.

I think you are on the right track reaching out to Adobe Support. That said, I've never heard or seen any issue like the one that you are reporting and I haven't seen it pop up in these forums either.
