Hi,

"The typical response time is less than one hour."

 

Is it possible to reduce the time? Maybe 30 minutes instead of one hour?

Hi Blanca,

Response time may vary, but the application can process a million triggers in an hour, so responses should typically be faster than an hour. That said, a number of factors, including volume and message size, can impact the rate of processing and delivery speed. If you want Adobe to evaluate and commit to a 30-minute or less response time, then an enhancement request would need to be submitted to have this functionality reevaluated.
