Random absence of tracking logs

Hello the Adobe Campaign community,

Is it possible that some tracking logs do not return to the tracking logs table? May cookies be involved. We have some recipients whose behavior on our newsletters does not go back in tracking logs. Is this a known problem?

Hi Virginie,

Just offhand, I can say that this behavior is typically seen when recipients interact with deliveries using private browsing mode that blocks tracking cookies or, in the case of Opens, if the recipient is not loading images.

Either is not a product issue, simply recipients electing not to be tracked.

 

If this does not appear to be the case for you, I recommend contacting Campaign Support.
