how to disable tracking only if link is copied from the email and pasted it in the browser?
Tracking should be enabled if link is clicked directly from the email.

Hi @Vi,
The request you're asking about can't be achieved because when you enable click tracking in a delivery, Adobe Campaign automatically rewrites the URLs to a tracked version, which includes a unique identifier for the recipient. If the delivery is sent via email and the links are copied, they will be the tracked URLs, typically starting with something like https://t.email.domain.com/ctaURL.
In Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript cannot be used directly within emails because email clients disable it for security reasons.
Thanks
Hi @Vi
Based on my understanding, copying the link from an email will copy the tracking link generated by the campaign.
This can only happen if tracking is disabled in the properties within the delivery settings see the below screenshot.
Alternatively, if you want to copy the link, open it in a browser, wait for the redirect from the tracking servers to complete your CTA, and then copy the URL.
If this isn't the case, could you please provide more details on what you're trying to achieve so we can assist you accordingly?
Thanks
Yes, tracking parameters are copied when the URL is copied from the email and pasted into the browser.
To avoid tracking, we need to automatically remove the tracking parameters when the URL is copied.
Note: If we click the URLs directly within the email, tracking should remain enabled. However, if the URL is copied and pasted into the browser, it should not be tracked.
