Pipeline event configuration

Avatar

Level 1

Hi Team,

How can I transfer data from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Campaign V7 using a pipeline event? I've reviewed the available documentation, but I'm still unsure where to begin. What exactly is a trigger, and where should it be created?

Could someone provide me with a step-by-step guide? This would help me better understand the concept.

Regards,

Neelam B.

Hello @Neelam1991  To implement this, first you will need to enable the Cloud trigger functionality on your instance. Adobe support can help you enable this.

Once this is enabled. Then you can use the Adobe Analytics variables to create a trigger and push this data to pipeline. The pipeline will push the data from triggers to AC schema called Pipeline events

Once the data is available, then you can just parse the data and send the emails.
