Offer disable issue

Hi ,

I am facing issue with live offers . the live offers are getting disabled automatically even though the offer still valid and configured correctly  .

but when we check the  workflow (Offer notification) . we seen some warning there something like : The 'abc' live offer has been disabled because there are no linked design offers . but when we checked the same 'abc' offer it is present in offer design env .

however when i tried to redeploy the same offer manually . it disabled again after some time automatically . that something very weird issue i am facing .

can any one help me out this problem .
