Neolane user support

Hello,

we had a version of Neolane which we migrated to Adobe Campaign Classic, the question is that with Neolane there was a specific support user "NeoSupp" which after the migration to Adobe Campaign Classic was also migrated. Does anyone know if it is advisable to keep that user or it is simply no longer in use and we can disable it from the system?

Hi Roberto,

Before deciding whether to keep or delete the user (operator) from Adobe Campaign, have you verified if the operator has been used to configure workflows, form or webapps?

You can do a look up by using the Query Editor in Tools drop down. Select the relevant schema that stores the component and enter operator equals NeoSupp. Once identified you can change the ownership to a different operator. This is usually quick to change within a workflow but if you have JavaScript code scripts or webapps using the operator, you may find this a bit more time consuming.

If you delete an operator that is used for an active component you could experience permission issues or risk breaking configurations currently in use.
