Log of Adobe Campaign Classic

Avatar

Level 2

Does anyone know if Adobe Campaign Classic has a log of activities such as:

  • Logins, logouts, access attempts.
  • Attempted actions by users who are not authorised to perform them (e.g. unsuccessful attempts to access, change or delete files, records, tables or execute restricted application functions.
  • Log all account administration activity (e.g. account creation, deletion and modifications, or changes to roles and groups that grant privileges).
  • Log security events that could indicate abuse of applications, systems or databases. For example: Scheduled or triggered job starts and stops, invalid entries, resource exhaustion, thresholds exceeded, etc.

Thank you very much.

Hi @RobertoCervantes ,

Following is my answer in bold:

  • Logins, logouts, access attempts: Only the Logins log is available in the logins.log file. Link
  • Attempted actions by users who are not authorised to perform them (e.g. unsuccessful attempts to access, change or delete files, records, tables or execute restricted application functions. Not available via ACC console but if User management is done via Adobe Admin console then there are Audit logs available for Admin console - Link.
  • Log all account administration activity (e.g. account creation, deletion and modifications, or changes to roles and groups that grant privileges). Not every activity/change is tracked but changes to DataSchema, workflow & Platform options are tracked under Audit Trail - Link.
  • Log security events that could indicate abuse of applications, systems or databases. For example: Scheduled or triggered job starts and stops, invalid entries, resource exhaustion, thresholds exceeded, etc.: Not available OOTB
