I published a newsletter and all links were working by the time of publishing. this morning I checked on a video link and it was fine. by the afternoon it gives me and error message "this item might not exist or is no longer available"

What could have happened?  Is this fixable? Much appreciated.

Hi @KarinaGo1,

What could have happened is that the content has been removed or deleted at first instance, the URL of the content could have suffer modifications also or at last instance rights to access to the content could have been changed.

To fix it review if the link stills valid or update the content if it is necessary or consider communicating the content managers that are responsible of the video the problem.

¡Hope this helps!

Celia

Hi Celia, thank you so much for responding. So there is a way to fix it without having to resend the newsletter.  Sorry this is clearly my first time sending this / using the program. So i can use the corrupt link to upload the video there? This would be so amazing.

Hi @KarinaGo1,

Sadly if the campaign has been sent to profiles the links can't be changed, but what you can do if it  is possible to  update the video in the same URL inside the server, the original link will normally work.

Otherwise if you can't restore the link, you will need to send the communication again with the link fixed.

Celia
