Jump activity , Explicit is taking to another page but url is not getting updated so Failed

I have given jump and selected another webapp , The activity is taking to another webapp but url is not getting update. end result is next webapp is not getting called and error out 

Somwhow the url should be updated to next webapp url, Please help

Can you provide more infos about the error you see ?

Have you verified that the targeted webapp has been published ? I'm not sure but I think this could be the problem : if a webapp is not published, you cannot reach it from another one ?
