How to connect Recipients from Profile and Targets with the recipients schema?

Hi, somehow all the subfolders in our stage instance got deleted.

I've recreated them, but I'm worried becuase the aren't linked to their "schema". For example, the Recipients folder doesn't show anything, when cliecked. Same for Predifined filters and others. Why?

Hi, no it was solved by consulting. They told me they had to match some ids... but I don't have more information... schemas were not deleted... only the folders in the UI were deleted.

Hi @god_prophet ,

Might be along with the folders, it's data also got deleted. So when you recreate it add the recipient data in it.

If you have data in recipient schema and not in this particular folder, you can fetch all the recipient in a query and update the folder using update data activity in a workflow.

Hello @god_prophet  It got deleted or you don't have access to it?

Can you confirm, if you have access to Administrator folder? If yes, Do you see schema under Administration> Configuration

 

If you don't see Administration option in Navigation then someone restricted your permission to a specific folder and that's why you can see anything.
