How does Forward to a Friend works in ACM Classic Hybrid Configuration

Hi Team,

I am trying to use the Forward to friend option within emails. For this, I have referred the following documentation link:-

For this, I have taken the following steps:-

1. viral web app was published

2. including the mirror page and viral links within email delivery

Once the link is clicked it redirects to the mid-sourcing server but not web server (which is hosted on client side). The visitor gets added in mid-sourcing visitor schema and also the forwarded email delivery gets created in mid-sourcing.

I needed your help on the following points:-

1. whether the viral links should have a domain that of mid-sourcing.

2. how do we change the sender address in viral email template as it is currently taking dynamic referrer email (and not the sending domain)

Hello Richa,

Did you got any info about your query #2 ?

Other issue i am facing is that upon submitting the form i am redirected to the page which says "Your mail has been sent".

But I never receive the forwarded mail.

Do you have any idea how to debug for this and see where are the deliveries getting prepared for this ?
