Hi everyone,
I have few questions related to SOAP calls (we are having hybrid instance of AC v7):
1. I know that SOAP calls are made via Adobe Cloud. So does Adobe cloud store anything related to these SOAP calls? If yes, what sort of data and for how long?
2. It mentions that info is stored in AC application server - does it mean within AC databse and where is it located?
Can anyone please help in this?
Thanks,
Vinay

Based on my experience with Adobe, I was told they don't store it. The only logs that are stored are for Message center which you can see yourself in event history.
Any comment for below??
Storage of SOAP Call Data by Adobe Cloud: ACC v7 allows for SOAP-based API interactions, primarily for integration and communication between systems. While these interactions are facilitated through Adobe's infrastructure, detailed transaction data such as request payloads and responses are not stored indefinitely by Adobe Cloud. Typically, such data may be logged temporarily for operational purposes, such as monitoring and troubleshooting. However, it is not retained permanently within Adobe Cloud systems. The retention period for these logs is determined by Adobe's internal policies, which are compliant with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR. For specific retention periods or policies, it is advisable to consult directly with Adobe support.

Hello @vinay16 , I guess you will have to reach out to Adobe support to get more details on this. This log is not store on Application server or DB but it is available in some kind of observability platform like Splunk.
