Empty content on uploading HTML in HTML content in ACC on clicking preview

Hi All,

I have uploaded a HTML file in HTML content from my local computer but if displays blank on clicking on preview as shown in below image.

Any reason why this happens?

Did you choose someone from the target to personalyze your preview ? (sorry for the french screenshot)

Hi @Rut7 ,

As mentioned by @Amine_Abedour , you need to select either a seed address, a recipient, or no personalization option to preview your delivery.
