What does "Specified in the delivery" in the delivery activity indicate? Thanks

by selecting this option, The HTML/Text content specified in the delivery template will be send to targeted recipients

One clarification. It should be for recipents, not content.

Based on those Recipients options in the delivery activity, Either Recipients can be specified by the inbound events, for example following a file import or from targeting activities, or you can select 'specified in the delivery' to trigger email to the recipients specified inside TO section of delivery.

Example, If you configure query to fetch 'Person-1' and connect with Delivery activity, and inside delivery > To > Main target > add 'Person-B',

If 'Specified in the inbound events' is selected in delivery, Person-A will receive email.
If 'Specified in the delivery' is selected in delivery, Person-B will receive email.
