Connecting Adobe Campaign hosted With External Database

Avatar

Level 2

Hi All,

We have a hosted adobe campaign instance and we will like to export data from our data ware house hosted remotely to our Adobe Campaign instance.

I have been looking into the FDA provided by AC to achieve this , kindly suggest if it's possible and if yes then how can we do it?

Detail explanation will be helpful.

Hi @himanshu-singh ,

As you mentioned it's 'Adobe hosted' (managed services) then only the following are the FDA types of connectors supported by Adobe Campaign: link

Now, if your DWH is connected to one of these databases then you can configure these connectors in external accounts. link

If Not, then you can easily pass the data from DWH to Adobe's SFTP and can create an SFTP external account in Adobe campaign, and then import this data from this sFTP. link

Hi @Shubham_Goyal__ ,

So when you say configure SFTP you mean to get the data via excel file from sftp and consume in our ETL workflows or we can have a same View access like FDA provides us ?

Hi @himanshu-singh,

You are right, the files should be transferred and ingested into the campaign in CSV format.
