Does Adobe Campaign Classic have ab option for campaign capping across channels?
e.g. 1 message a day/ 3 a week and 10 a year?

Thanks but I would like to do a capping on channels, e.g. mails, apppushes and others. To me the documentation doesn't work for that topic. Could you help?

You can limit for each channel by creating a Capacity Type Typology rules for each channel and add it in your Delivery properties.

Thanks. And then it is the capping 1 message for all channels per day per customer? Or 3 messages for all channels per week per customer?

Hi @jkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk ,

 

You have to create 1 Typology rule of Type " Capacity" for each channel under Folder "/Administration/Campaign Management/Typology management/Typology rules/" and then specify the Limit of messages passed as shown below in the Capacity Tab. Here the Start and End duration represents the Time limit ie, 1 day or 1 week and Initial quantity represents limit of messages to send in that duration.

Thanks. That work's. But is it 1 message a day in total OR per customer? I want one message a day per customer.
