Alert activity (custom email template)

Hi there,

I do see the below message once the delivery has been initialized. Please can you suggest? I am using a custom email template via alert activity and see this message.

I have noticed the template that we are using a regular Email delivery template in the Alerts activity, after duplicating the technical delivery template alertAssignee and using the same in my alert activity, it started working.
