Hello, what named rights are required to create Visual Fragments in the ACCv8 web console? We are running version 8.6.4 and admin users are able to create visual fragments, but for end users, the "visual fragment" option is greyed out.
They are able to create expression fragments. What permissions are required for visual fragments / where are these permissions controlled?

Hi @SkylerQu2,
Please check if the user has the 'WEBAPP' named rights and the necessary folder access. If not, grant the appropriate rights and try again.
Also, make sure to grant folder access by ensuring the end users' group has Write permissions to the Resources > Content Fragments folder (or wherever the visual fragments are stored).
Thanks

Hi @SushantTrimukheD thank you for your answer. Where can I control the write permissions to the Resources > Campaign Management > Content Visual Fragments folder, as this folder is not present in the client console?

I have created a user group that has the 'WEBAPP' named rights and WRITE access to the Resources > Campaign Management folder (with propagation). However, they are still unable to create visual fragments.

Hi @SkylerQu2,
Can you share, how you have configured you operator group?
On the meantime, I share with you some useful documentation:
Get started with permissions in Campaign v8 | Adobe Campaign
Add visual fragments to your emails | Adobe Campaign
Create content fragments | Adobe Campaign
Best regards,
Celia
I have configured the user group with the following permissions:
Named Rights: WebApp (webapp)
I have provided this user group read/write/delete access to the folder "Resources>Campaign Management>Content Visual Fragments"
Now, this group can attempt to create a visual fragment (the option is no longer greyed out). However, when the "create" button is pressed on the web console, an "insertion failed" error appears.

Hi @SkylerQu2,
Could you please verify that the user has the following permissions and access rights:
Named Rights: WebApp, INSERT FOLDERS, EDIT FOLDERS, WORKFLOW, and CONTENT MANAGEMENT (if available).
Folder Permissions: Read, write, and delete access to the Resources, Campaign Management, and Content Visual Fragments folders.
IMS/Product Profile (v8): Confirm that the operator is assigned to a product profile in the Adobe Admin Console with equivalent permissions.
Kindly review these and let us know if the issue persists.
Thanks
Sushant Trimukhe
