We need help in Adobe Campaign Classic V7,
There is a way for the user to see all the objects (campaigns, deliveries, wf, etc.) they own or created?
We need to check this list, and disable those that do not have associated objects and are inactive.
Kind regards,

Hi @sguerra ,
Under Administration > Audit > AuditTrail folder you can see most of the entities created/modified by all the operators. Here you can filter based on a particular operator and see the entities created by the operator.
But you can able to view the data of past 180 Days only. Refer here for more details
Another option is to create a individual View folder for each Entity (like for campaign, workflow, delivery etc) and filter based on CreatedBy/ModifiedBy.
Thank you very much,
So I have to enter WF, campaigns, or deliveries and check the name and email, object list by object list (one by one) .
Couldn't I from the user list, see all the objects that are associated with it?
Kind Regards,
SG

Hi @sguerra
Under xtk:workflow you would be able to find cretedBy and hence you can filter based on a particular email/name.
If you want to create a list you can develop a simple workflow as below
In both the case you would get a list of workflows associated to a particular person.
I hope this helps you out.
Regards
Hello @sguerra
For deliveries, you can go to - Campaign Management - Deliveries.
Here you can filter using the fields which you need like Delivery code, Label, Internal name, Created by(Name).
For workflows you can go to Administration- Production - Objects created automatically- Campaign workflows and do similar filtering using configure list. You can delete or disable unused or orphan objects.
Alternatively, you can create individual folders as a view for Deliveries, workflows, etc which will list all the objects in its respective folders. (Here you can define a filtering condition while creating the view itself)

Thank you to all and,
Thank you very much @ParthaSarathy,
With these options that you provide us, we will be able to give an answer to our request.
In sumary, there is no option where you can see everything created by a user in the entire lifetime of the system, we only have the options that you provide us in your answer:
* Audit trail, for a maximum period of 180 days.
* Lists by entities
Kind Regards,
SG
