Hello Forum Members,
We are new to Adobe audience manager. We are going to start work with a client who has AAM. We need to do an id sync between AAM and Google Adx. I have read the document here, ID Sync - AAM Onboarding
We need to follow the step 1 here as we are not located in the partner site. My only concern is, we need to a cookie sync with our network and the document clearly states that third party redirects are not allowed.
Can anyone help us as to how to do this in case of Google Adx as we need to do a redirect to get the user id.
Appreciate any response.
Regards,
Karthik

Hi Karthik,
Thanks for your question. The ID Sync between AAM and a Partner is first established by Adobe and Partner as part of AAM Partner onboarding process. So, if an ID sync needs to be established between AAM and Google Adx, it has to be done by Adobe and Google.
As you would see in the note section of this document - AAM Onboarding Integration
Could you please provide more details on the context and the requirement, clarify what you want to achieve here by ID Sync, and what is the basic use case/need for your client?
Cheers,
Kumar Pritam
