Predictive Audience: Segments are not evenly populated

Hi, I am new with AAM and struggling with Predictive Audience, I have created a few PA but in all of them real time audience is not evenly distributed in the created segments. First segment is very populated then the rest have very very less value, some even have 0 audience. Can anyone tell me the reason behind this?

This could likely be caused by the volume of data sample and profile merge rule used for the PA.
