How often do URL destinations refresh audience data.

I am sending segments to facebook via a url destination. How often is this data being refreshed?

On every pageview as long as you have qualified for the segment.

URL Destinations are real time, unlike in case of batch s2s destinations where the data is sent periodically once or twice in 24 hours.
