Can we push mobile device ids as part of people-based destination

Can we add mobile devices as part of people-based destination profile?

people based destinations are for people based identifiers

device based destinations (all other destination) are for device IDs and cookie IDs

why would you want to send device IDs via a people based destination? pretty sure this wouldn't work
