Hi Team,

Wanted to know if we can use all the fields mentioned on "Data Transfer v2.0: File Format" to create traits or only the fields mentioned as "Actionable Signals" in "Actionable Log Files"?

Hi parthasarma,

If the fields mentioned in Data Transfer v2.0: File Format  |  Campaign Manager  |  Google Developers  are collected in audience manager,we can definitely create traits out of them.We can validate the same using signals dashboard where in we need look for fields mentioned in above doc.

Thanks a lot, Shweta.

One follow up question:

what will be the "Signal name" for these fields?

For example: "Event Type" DCM field is captured in "d_event" or "Advertiser ID" is collected in "d_adsrc".

So, what will signal name for "Country Code" DCM field?

Will it be d_countrycode?

Thanks lot in advance for your response,

Hi there,

Prefix d_ is usually used with platform variables, audience Manager attributes. If you are specifically trying to capture region based data, you can use the  signals given in doc here. For rest of the fields, you can append them with prefix c_.
