User Management Clean Up Activity - Recommendation

Avatar

Level 4

Hi All,

As part of adobe analytic user clean up activity, we have decided to remove the users from our organization on the below manner.

a. Get the user report list from analytics and filter out the users who are not logged in for last six month. Also, user who never logged in analytics after granting access.
b. Create separate column on sheet to call them out to highlight the user.
c. Inform business and remove those users.

Basically, this is how we have planned to clean up the user for adobe analytics. Therefore, what are the points that we should keep in mind before taking users away from the tool.

Please share your recommendation and guidance’s on this clean up activity if any.

Thank You,

Jay.

Before deleting a user, consider reviewing their assets and move them over to an administrator if necessary (there may be reports and projects that are scheduled).

Also review the integrations, those that were configured by the user you are going to delete may stop working.
