Unable to print pdf documents

Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the latest updates from AIR, Reader and Flash Player with no success.  I'm using Windows 7, IE 11, V 11.0.9600.17420.  I just cannot figure out what happened in the last few days.  I tried an earlier system restore point, but no luck.  Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issue with our product. If you are still experiencing issues, try posting over on community.adobe.com. This community is full of experts on Adobe Analytics and isn't likely to have expertise on Adobe Creative Cloud products.
