Hi, I have access to the data warehouse and I can see all the previous reports that have been requested, along with their details. But when I go to copy an existing report or create my own, I'm not able to save the request - the button is greyed out. I've tried several times using different parameters, different dimensions etc, created my own location and account, but still no luck.
Is this an access issue where I need further entitlements, or is there something I'm missing?
Thanks!

Hey @MaxBr6, Make sure you're checking all the tabs when creating a request, and unless and until you don't fill out the notification email, report destination, and scheduling options, you will see the save request greyed out. Can you please check the same?
Yeah, the error messaging on what is missing leaves a little to be desired...
The most common issues I see are like @FarazHusain said, missing the Notification Email... or missing information in the Report Destination.... When using an "email" account, you still need to select a location (this is what sets the email subject line)...
I think the destination logic was over-complicated in the design... this confuses a lot of people... plus, there should be a simple one-time email, without having to save it as a reusable account/location pair....
Double check all the tabs and make sure that you have everything.

The tabs 'Notification Email' and 'Scheduling Options' are greyed out for me also. I've tried using an existing email location and creating a new one, but neither give me the option to edit those last two tabs or to save the request.
Are there perhaps any other options or required fields that I'm missing?
All fields are populated, the data source I'm using is 'vr - ...' and I'm using an email account and my email as the location.

Hey @MaxBr6
If you're using custom date range then the Scheduling Option will be greyed out:
Additionally, if you're using Account/Location as Email along with Custom Date range, then both 'Notification Email' and 'Scheduling Options' will be greyed out:
But you will be able to save the request. I can see the save option at the bottom in my case.

I've created a new test email account and location and I've adjusted the date range and the 'Scheduling Options' are editable, but I still don't get an option to save the request:

If you check all the tabs that aren't greyed out, can you see if there is anything flagged as being missing?
When I check mine, as soon as I choose an account and location, "Save" becomes available.. so it's odd that it's still greyed out for you....
