Single rule in Launch for all page view metrics or separate rules for each tag that want page views?

What is best practice here? I have to report pageviews to LinkedIn, Facebook, MediaIQ, Adobe Analytics, etc. Do I use 1 "Global: Page Views" rule with all the vendors in the action section? or Separate rules for each, like Facebook: Page Views, LinkedIn: Page Views, etc?

 

I would think 1 rule firing them all is more efficient but if I have to change one, like linked in, I'd have to republish it for all.

One other question. If we have to implement CCPA/GDPR opt-in/out code as a condition on the tags would I still want 1 general page view tag since I don't need Adobe Analytics to be wrapped by the privacy code, just Linked-In and Facebook and others like that.
