Rollup report suite

Hello, I appreciate that you can help me to clarify why the following is happen: this week I created a Rollup report suite. But when I look at the key metrics, the unique visitors register are 0. What could be the problem? Do I need aditional configuration ? I hope you can help me. thanks.

The Rollup Report Suites do not support the Unique Visitors metric.

However, the granular levels of Unique Visitors are available, such as, Hourly, Daily, Monthly, etc unique visitors metric are available in Rollups

As a workaround, Report Builder can be used to get the individual values and sum them up in Excel.
