Hi guys,

I have got 2 questions in regards to marketing channels

How can I exclude checkout.telstra.com.au from my referring domain ?

I have put this in my internal URL filter but still getting the checkout values in my marketing channel details

Also what can I do to get the referring domain instead of request.getheaderreferer 43555

In your Referring Domains-related Marketing Channel Processing Rules, select the "ignore hits matching internal URL filters" checkbox.

This might have something to do with your particular website and how the browser's document.referrer gets set. Or maybe there's another Marketing Channel Processing Rule that causes this.

@yuhuisgThanks for your reply but I have made the changes to marketing channel processing rules yesterday in dev suite

and today I am still seeing the checkout.telstra.com.au in referring domain

and also I did expire the marketing channels so it is effective from the change time
