Problems logging in to Adobe Analytics?

Hi, we don't seem to be able to login to Adobe Analytics.
Every time we try to log in, get an error (see attached screenshot).

I know there have been a maintenance, but that was 13 hours ago.

If you're having any issues logging in to Adobe Analytics, first check http://status.adobe.com - most of the time you'll see something going on. If not, you can give customer care a call or reach out via Twitter to see if there are any known issues.

Hi,

 

Apologies for the delay in responding. Are you still facing this error? Also please let us know how you are logging to Adobe Analytics(through the Marketing Cloud or directly from sc.omniture.com)?
